As a technology leader with a deep sense of social responsibility, Micron integrates purpose-driven values into our corporate culture—empowering employees to give back through meaningful actions that benefit society.

In 2024, Micron’s senior befriending programme, Micron Kampong, engaged over 140 seniors through more than 14 events and 1,300 volunteering hours. Looking ahead, upcoming events include handicraft workshops, Racial Harmony Day and National Day celebrations, Ready Set Gold, Charity Week, and a year-end Appreciation Event—continuing Micron’s efforts to build a kampong spirit where every generation feels seen, valued, and supported.
